Fresh Okinawa soba with noodles and soupThe soba noodles is a healthy food from Okinawa Island. You can add to it green oignon, meat cooked (spare ribs), sea weed etc. The Okinawa soba noodles are different from the other soba of Japan.
Preparation:
- Boil 800cc of water in a pan little
- boil the noodles 5 to 6 minutes. They should be a
  bit hard
- in a bol add 250 to 270cc of boiling water and dissolve
  the soup
- drain the noodle and add to the soup
- you can add meat and vegetables of your choice
