Junpaku Goya seeds

Okinawa junpaku goya is large and grows between 25 and 30cm with a diameter of 7 to 8cm and weights about 400g and sometimes up to 700g. The fruit color is pure white. It is less bitter than the other types of goya and have a fleshy and juicy flesh. It is recommended to slice it, chill it in ice water and drain it before to eat the fruit with mayonnaise. It also can be used for soup and is full of vitamin C. Perfect to beat the summer heat.
