Shima gokoro goya seeds

Shimagokoro goya is large and grows between 25 and 30cm with a diameter of 8 to 10cm and weights about 400g and sometimes up to 600g. It is less bitter than the other types of goya and have a fleshy and juicy flesh. There is many ways to eat it: sliced for salads, stir fried, for soups and so on. Its vitamin C doesn't break with cooking and is perfect to beat the summer heat.
