Koreigusu

Koreigusu (Kooreegusu) is a particular Okinawa condiment. It is a handy condiment used in various ways which include serving as a flavor enhancer for Okinawa soba (noodles). It is made with Awamori (traditional Okinawa alcohol) and whole chili peppers. For people who like spicy food, is very good. For those which looks another thing that the Tabasco sauce !
