Mozuku seaweed udon noodle

Pack of udon noodles for 2 servings. These Mozuku Udon were made with top quality Mozuku algae and the flour comes from Iheya Island in Okinawa Prefecture. No salt and synthetic additives are used. Can also be used in a salad. Good even the next day when stored in the refrigerator and washed after boiling. Okinawa's mozuku algae contains calcium, iron, vitamins and is rich in nutrients, such as alginic acid.

Preparation: Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes. Place the noodles in a colander and rinse thoroughly with cold running water.
