Chinsuko is a traditional Okinawa salt cookies which have been enjoyed by generations for over 400 years. The today’s style Chinsuko was created by a chef, Arasaki, who served during the late Ryukyu Kingdom. Four hundred years later the Chinsuko remains a favorite and is the highest selling brand in the everyday biscuit segment.
